East Dulwich has become a property hot spot in recent years, and I’m glad to say I have put my mark on the place. My ‘signature’ pops up on sale boards all over the area. Roy Brooks commissioned me to create a new identity for the firm, one of the oldest estate agents here, trading since 1934. Their emphasis is on the personal service they provide and their intimate knowledge of the locality – ‘matching people to homes’ is their by-line.
The Roy Brooks ‘signature’ identity is quite unlike any other local estate agent. In the same way as a designer ‘name’ brands a fashion house this unique personal mark brands them as a property boutique.
